About the Author

Patrick Ritchie is an approved instructor with the Arizona Department of Real Estate and is the owner of the Ritchie School of Real Estate Finance. He is an instructor at Scottsdale Community College and a guest speaker for the Arizona State University MBA Real Estate Strategies course. He is a certified Guerrilla Marketing Coach and serves as a member of the USA Today Small Business Panel. Patrick was an Evans Scholar at The Ohio State University, where he graduated with a degree in Business Administration. He has co-hosted a weekly talk radio show in Phoenix where he has been able to share information on credit and real estate finance.

Patrick wrote his original course on credit “Understanding Consumer Credit Rights and Responsibilities” in 2001. He has taught thousands of people about how the credit system works.
